My Baby sister Nya is getting baptized this week and we have lots of things going on to get ready for it.
Here is baby Nya wide awake, she looks like she is ready for a nice long week.
When I was getting naughty Daddy used some chocolate pudding to distract me. It was so yummy that I didn't even remember what I was getting mad about. Mommy said I have developed a screaming disorder since Nya got home, but I think i just need more pudding to help me stay sweet:)
Here is baby Nya sleeping in Grandma Davis' doll crib that she used to play with when she was a little girl. She better sleep good, because she won't fit in it for very long.
Nya needed a little rest and relaxation after a busy day of listening to me scream and mommy read me books.
Here I am... a proud big sister to my new baby sister. Malachi gets to hold her and I don't, but that's okay as long as I can look and give her kisses!! Mommy says that I am just a little too little to hold her by myself and when people try to help me, I get mad and try to wiggle away.
Malachi and Nya were a little tired, so I let them sleep so that I could have mommy all to myself. It is so hard being a big sister! You have to share your mommy...even when you don't want to.
Auntie Lacey came back from Colorado for the Baptism and here she is with my baby sister. I hope she has room in her lap for both of us!!
This is my family at the church after the baptism. Nya slept through the whole thing, but I was wide awake. I tried to be good, but it is so hard when you are as cute as I am!!
This is my mommy and her friends, Port and Tiff. Tiff is Nya's Godmother, and Port is another close friend. It was so fun havign them stay for a couple of days, I always had someone to play with and mommy was relieved to have someone to keep me occupied when she was feeding baby Nya.
I guess Auntie Lacey does have room on her lap for all of us. But if we get any bigger she will need a bigger lap!
